Can wood slat panels be installed on uneven walls?

Usually, it is recommended to use a wood slat panel as the main background wall (TV wall or bedside), and brush the other walls with light colored latex paint of the same color or apply plain wall cloth to maintain overall color coordination. It is best to extract the color of the wooden strips from soft furnishings (flooring, furniture) to create a corresponding effect.

If it is fully glued and directly pasted, the panel is tightly attached to the wall and cannot be lined again. So it is recommended to pre embed water and electricity before installation, and drill holes for socket positions in advance.

It is recommended to have the merchant send a physical sample first, take it home and observe the color separately under natural light and spotlights, and then choose the color you like. Don't just look at the picture, color difference is very common.

This depends on the substrate and adhesive. If it is a low-quality MDF substrate or non environmentally friendly adhesive is used, there may indeed be a risk of formaldehyde release. High quality branded products usually use P2 grade, with almost no odor after installation, and can be moved in after 1-2 days of normal ventilation.
