Products feature premium E1-grade MDF with wood veneer finishes and high-density acoustic felt backing, delivering exceptional sound absorption with an NRC rating of 0.8 while meeting environmental standards. Certified by BSCI, CE, REACH, RoHS, GRS, ISO, and FSC, our products deliver consistent, reliable quality. Production Process
Raw Material Processing: Precision Cutting of MDF Substrate
Using MDF cutting equipment, medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is precisely cut into standard wooden strips with a tolerance of ≤0.3mm, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent assembly process.
Assembly & Reinforcement: Integration of Acoustic Panel and Wooden Slats
Using a nailing machine, the wooden slats are precisely positioned and fixed onto the acoustic panel, forming a composite structure of “Wood Slat + PET Acoustic Panel”. This ensures both decorative appeal and acoustic performance.

Cleaning & Protection: Details Define Delivery
After assembly, the equipment is cleaned to remove sawdust and impurities. The wood slats are then sealed with a heat-shrink wrapping machine, ensuring the surface remains intact while meeting moisture- and dust-resistance standards, with the option of combined transport with acoustic panels to reduce on-site installation loss.

Surface Finishes: Aesthetic Choices to Match Every Space
Real Wood Veneer: Walnut, oak, ash, and other premium veneers are tightly bonded to MDF slats using a gluing & hot-pressing process. This preserves the authentic wood grain texture, making it ideal for high-end, luxury interiors.
PVC Film: Available in wood grain, stone, and solid color patterns. Using vacuum thermoforming technology, the film adheres seamlessly with no bubbles or warping. It also provides water resistance and abrasion durability, making it suitable for humid or high-traffic spaces.
Fire-Resistant Finish: For projects with stringent fire safety requirements, B1-grade fireproof boards are cold-pressed with eco-friendly adhesives. Edges are precisely trimmed with ≤0.1mm tolerance, ensuring a smooth, flawless finish.

All surface materials comply with E0-level environmental standards. Every bonded surface undergoes adhesion testing (peel strength ≥1.5N/mm) to eliminate the risk of delamination.
CNC Carving: Precision for Customized Designs
Supports decorative patterns such as diamond shapes, linear grooves, and other geometric or minimalist motifs. This enhances the visual depth of wood slat panels and elevates their overall aesthetic appeal.
