Overview of Acoustic Panel Production Line
Our factory operates 8 production lines,monthly output 120 containers, ensuring stable and efficient fulfillment of bulk orders for global clients.
Crafted from high-density, 100% recyclable PET polyester fiber, our products deliver exceptional sound absorption with an NRC rating up to 0.8, effectively reducing noise and echoes to enhance indoor acoustic environments. The panels feature uniform density, lightweight durability, and are flame-retardant, eco-friendly, and formaldehyde-free.
We hold multiple international certifications including BSCI, CE, REACH, RoHS, GRS, ISO, and Flame Retardant, ensuring our products meet global standards for environmental sustainability, safety, and performance.
Raw Material Selection
The high-quality PET fibers we use are made from 100% recycled material, fully adhering to our sustainability philosophy. Our raw material suppliers are strictly vetted. Each batch of raw materials undergoes comprehensive testing upon arrival at the factory to ensure it meets our high standards.
Acoustic Panel Processing Stage: Raw Material Mixing and Forming
Acoustic panel processing and forming is the core stage of the production process. We utilize state-of-the-art production equipment to process PET fibers into PET acoustic panels that meet quality standards
Blending Machine →
Selects recycled PET fibers of varying thicknesses and colors for initial mixing via the blending machine.
Cotton Bin →
The mixed fibers are conveyed to the cotton bin for storage. The bin is equipped with an intelligent level monitoring system to maintain fiber fluffiness and prevent compaction, which could affect subsequent processing.
Fine Opener →
Utilizes high-speed rotating beaters to break fiber tufts into individual fibers, simultaneously removing residual impurities to enhance fiber cleanliness.
Carding Machine →
Through a process of "carding - transferring - evening", it combs the fibers into a uniform web, providing a stable base material for the needling process.
Cross-Lapper →
Layers the carded web multiple times, with each layer offset, to form a fiber layer of even thickness, meeting the requirements for different acoustic panel thicknesses.
Needling Machine →
The PET fibre is fed into the needling machine where barbed needles penetrate vertically, interlocking the fibers to create initial structural strength, forming the acoustic panel "blank".
Oven →
The blank enters the oven for high-temperature baking. Heat removes internal fiber stress, enhancing the dimensional stability of the panel, while also optimizing the acoustic pore structure and improving mid-to-high frequency sound absorption performance.
Hot Rolling Machine →
Panels shaped by the oven are hot-rolled and smoothed by the hot rolling machine. This process creates a smooth surface and uniform thickness, enhancing the product's appearance and installation compatibility.

Finished Product Processing Stage: Cutting and Quality Inspection
CNC Cutting Machine
Uses CNC cutting machines programmed according to order requirements. Supports both "batch standard cutting + personalized custom shape cutting" modes to meet the needs of both project and retail scenarios.
Each panel undergoes meticulous quality inspection. The QC team individually checks panels for visual defects such as surface irregularities, color inconsistencies, or manufacturing flaws. Dimensions, shape, thickness, and other parameters are verified to ensure they fully comply with order requirements before approval for packaging.

3D Press Forming
Excels at transforming custom designs into three-dimensional shapes. Whether curved, wavy, or other special shapes, it can achieve presses with a radius of curvature ≥30cm, adding unique three-dimensionality to custom products.
CNC Machining Equipment
Designed for complex, irregular structures in custom products. Whether cutting unique shapes or precisely creating special apertures like round or square holes, it achieves ultra-high machining accuracy of ±0.1mm. It supports processing panels up to 3000×1500mm, easily handling various customized size requirements.
Printing on PET Felt
We possess the specialized capability to print on PET felt, achieving diverse visual effects. Whether imitating wood or concrete textures for acoustic panels, large-format acoustic images, or product logos and identifiers, we ensure precise reproduction. The printed graphics are visually excellent and do not compromise the superior acoustic performance of the PET felt.
