How are the acoustic properties of polyester fiber acoustic panels tested?

It is recommended to use a steel ruler or alloy square steel as a guide. Do not use soft materials such as wood strips, as this may result in uneven cuts, excessive gaps in the joints, or distortion. For utility knives, imported blades are recommended for a smoother cut. When cutting, the blade should be tilted inwards by 0.5-1mm to create an inner bevel, reducing gaps in the joints.

(1) Verify the panel specifications (thickness, dimensions, fire rating); (2) Check the surface for damage, warping, and color difference; (3) Clean and level the wall surface; (4) Verify the panel batch number to avoid color differences caused by batch variations, and arrange the panels and adjust the color in advance; (5) It is recommended to wear gloves during operation to avoid contaminating the panel surface.

Due to different production batches of the colored yarn, slight color differences may occur under light. Therefore, it is recommended to use products from the same batch for the same project. Before construction, the panels should be arranged and color-matched, and installed in the adjusted order.

The product has good temperature stability. The suitable ambient temperature for construction is 15-30°C, and the humidity is 40-60%. Construction in high temperature and high humidity environments should be avoided. Under normal indoor conditions, it will not deteriorate or experience performance degradation due to temperature changes.

(1) Avoid rain, moisture, and mechanical damage during transportation; (2) Store in a dry, well-ventilated indoor environment, away from fire sources; (3) Stack the panels flat and not too high to prevent deformation under pressure; (4) Avoid contact with chemical solvents, oil stains, etc.

The fire resistance test requires verification through both the oxygen index method and the vertical burning test. The testing agency will place the sample in an oxygen index tester, gradually reducing the oxygen concentration until the flame is extinguished, while recording the burning rate and smoke density values ​​to ensure that the product meets the fire resistance rating B1 requirements of GB 8624-2012.
