Is the installation process difficult? Do I need professional tools?

Not at all. PET acoustic panels are lightweight and easy to handle. You can easily cut them to size with a standard utility knife. For installation, you can simply use construction adhesive (liquid nails) or spray glue to fix them directly to the wall or ceiling. It is a very DIY-friendly solution that saves you time and labor costs.

Panels are packed in single piece shrink foil, 4pcs/carton and then placed on a pallet, for safe ocean freight. We typically ship FOB (Free On Board) from our port, but can arrange CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) or other Incoterms as per your requirement.

Yes, we specialize in customization. We can produce acoustic panels in custom dimensions, colors, and shapes. Please share your specifications or PDF drawings for a precise quote.

What is the lead time for production after order confirmation?
Our standard lead time is 15-20 days after deposit receipt and final confirmation of all order details (color, size, packaging). This may vary during peak seasons or for large/customized orders

We can provide sample set for evaluation. Samples are usually free, but shipping costs are borne by the customer. Sample delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days via express courier, depending on the destination.
