What are the differences between polyester fiber acoustic panels and mineral wool panels?

Mineral wool panels have good sound absorption properties and are often used in ceilings, but they are brittle and easily broken. Polyester fiber acoustic panels are more resilient, have strong impact resistance, and will not produce fragments falling when impacted, making them safer.
