What is the minimum order for customization?
For standard customization, the MOQ is 100㎡. For special designs (e.g., 3D patterns), the MOQ is 300㎡. OEM/ODM services are available, and requirements can be negotiated.

Can I install it myself? Do I need professional tools?
Yes, you can install our wood slat panels by yourself. Common tools such as a utility knife and caulking gun are sufficient. For suspended installations, we provide special keels or steel wire ropes that can be fixed with a hand drill. We also offer installation videos, so regular workers can get started after brief training and complete installation within about an hour.

How to clean it? Can I use alcohol for disinfection?
For daily cleaning, use a soft cloth with a mild detergent. For stubborn stains, alcohol with a concentration below 75% can be used. Avoid steel wool or strong alkaline cleaners to prevent surface damage and maintain acoustic performance. Under normal use, the panels are durable and not easily damaged.

Is the panel fragile? How do you package it?
Our Akupanel uses high-density PET felt with good impact resistance. For shipping, we use a double-protection package: first wrapped with EPE foam, then packed in strong cartons. For large orders, wooden crates are added. Customized packaging (e.g., waterproof film, corner protectors) is also available to minimize transport damage.

How long is the lead time?
For regular orders, the lead time is 10–15 days. For customized orders involving sampling or molding, it takes 25–35 days. Urgent requests can be prioritized upon discussion.

Can it reduce low-frequency noise (such as machine rumbling)?
Yes. Our Akupanel is optimized for low-frequency performance. Below 600Hz, the sound absorption coefficient is greater than 0.8, effectively reducing noise levels from 5–120 dB. For projects with strict acoustic requirements, such as recording studios or factories, we can also provide professional acoustic simulation solutions.

Our panels use recycled polyester fiber and are certified by GRS. The production process contains no formaldehyde, heavy metals, or other harmful substances. From raw material to finished product, they follow a full-cycle green philosophy, making them a truly eco-friendly acoustic material.
