The key lies in the precise control of the base layer thickness. Before installation, based on the total thickness of the polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels (e.g., 12mm) and other materials (e.g., 9mm wood veneer + 3mm underlayment), leveling layers of plywood or framing at different heights should be applied to the wall surface to ensure that the finished surfaces of all materials are on the same horizontal plane. Finally, a T-shaped trim strip should be embedded at the joint for a smooth transition.

The impact is very small. High-quality UV inks or water-based penetrating inks, with a coating thickness of only 0.02-0.05mm, will only seal a very small number of micropores on the very surface, and the impact on the overall noise reduction coefficient (NRC) is negligible (usually a reduction of <0.05). However, it is crucial to avoid using paint for spraying, as paint will seal large areas of pores and severely impair the sound absorption function.

Through heat transfer printing or digital UV flatbed printing, any wood grain, stone grain, geometric pattern, or artistic image can be precisely replicated onto the surface of the acoustic panel. The "wall-applying glue method" should be strictly used (glue is only applied to the wall substrate), not the back of the board. If glue accidentally spills, immediately wipe it gently with a damp cloth soaked in alcohol or a special cleaner. Do not wait for the glue to dry completely before scratching it off, otherwise it will damage the texture and color of the board surface.

The safest method is to "install first, then drill the holes." First, use a utility knife or jigsaw to roughly drill holes in the panel that are about 5mm smaller than the actual equipment. After attaching the panel to the wall, use an edge trimmer or fine-toothed saw to precisely trim along the edges of the equipment. If you are drilling the same holes in batches, it is recommended that the factory provide a pre-drilling customization service so that the panels can be directly fitted on-site, greatly improving efficiency and reducing dust.

Outside corners (convex corners): It is recommended to cut the panels into 45° diagonal joints (split corners), or use special aluminum alloy outside corner trims. This protects the corners from bumps and adds a clean, streamlined look. Inside corners (concave corners): Two panels can be directly butt-jointed tightly, with the gap controlled within 1mm. Apply neutral, mildew-resistant silicone sealant to seal the joint, or use inside corner trims to finish the edge for a clean and neat appearance.
