Polyester fiber acoustic panels are flexible; 9mm thick panels can be safely bent into curves with a radius greater than 300mm, and for 12mm thick panels, a minimum bending radius of 500mm is recommended. During installation, it is recommended to use dry-hanging or keel fixing methods to avoid using rigid adhesives that restrict the bending stress of the panels.

The safest method is to "install first, then drill the holes." First, use a utility knife or jigsaw to roughly drill holes in the panel that are about 5mm smaller than the actual equipment. After attaching the panel to the wall, use an edge trimmer or fine-toothed saw to precisely trim along the edges of the equipment. If you are drilling the same holes in batches, it is recommended that the factory provide a pre-drilling customization service so that the panels can be directly fitted on-site, greatly improving efficiency and reducing dust.
