We are acoustic wall panel manufacturer, here want to give you some suggestions for wood slat panels installation:

1.  Prepare materials : Make sure you have acoustic slat panels, installation tools (such as screwdrivers, electric drills, etc.), installation drawings or instructions.

2. Positioning and measurement : Determine the layout of the sound-absorbing wall panels according to the design drawing or space size. Use a tape measure or laser rangefinder to accurately measure and mark the installation position.

3. Install the frame : If you want add a support structure, build the frame first. Usually frames are made of wood strips, metal strips, or other materials, depending on your space and design requirements. Normally you can install the wood slat panel directly on the wall.

4. Fixed frame : Fix the frame on the wall or ceiling. Use nails, screws, or expansion bolts, depending on your materials and the type of wall/ceiling.

5. Install sound-absorbing akupanels : Place the akupanels on the frame according to the previously marked position. Most wood slat panels are modular and can be interconnected to form a whole. Follow the instructions in the product manual to make sure each plate is aligned correctly.

6. Inspection and adjustment : After the installation is complete, check whether each board is stable and not loose. If necessary, make small adjustments to ensure that the entire system is tight and seamless.
