What is the minimum order quantity for customization?
For regular colors and sizes, the MOQ is 100 sqm.
For special customization such as 3D molding or exclusive colors, due to mold development and special production processes, the MOQ is 300 sqm.
For small sample orders, we can negotiate based on the actual situation. We offer full OEM/ODM services—from design to production to packaging—to meet your personalized needs.

Can I install the panels myself? Do I need professional tools?
es, you can install PET acoustic panels yourself. Only common tools are needed, such as a utility knife and glue gun (we provide eco-friendly glue).
For suspended mounting, we provide keels or steel wire ropes, and installation can be completed with a power drill.
We also provide installation videos. With simple training, ordinary workers can complete installation within 1 hour.

How do I clean them if they get dirty? Can I disinfect with alcohol?
For daily cleaning, a vacuum cleaner is sufficient. You can also wipe with a damp cloth and neutral detergent.
For stubborn stains, local cleaning with alcohol (≤75%) is possible without damaging the polyester fibers.
Note: Do not use steel wool or strong alkaline cleaners, as they may damage the panel surface and affect its acoustic performance and appearance.

Are the panels fragile? How do you package them?
Our PET acoustic panels are made with high-density material, featuring strong impact resistance and abrasion resistance (over 50,000 cycles). They are not easily broken.
For packaging, we use a combination of “hard carton + wooden pallet” to effectively withstand bumps during sea and land transport. Proven in practice, the damage rate is below 0.5%.
We also support custom packaging, such as adding shipping marks or reinforced corners.

How long is the lead time from order to delivery?
For regular orders (standard colors and sizes), lead time is 5–10 days.
For customized orders (3D molding, exclusive colors, etc.), lead time is 20–35 days due to mold development and sample confirmation.

Can they solve low-frequency noise (like machine rumbling)?
Yes. We optimized PET acoustic panels with a “multi-layer gradient density structure.”
At frequencies below 500Hz, the sound absorption coefficient is greater than 0.6.
In practical use, when combined with other sound insulation materials, they can reduce low-frequency noise by 8–12dB.

Our PET acoustic panels are made of 100% recycled polyester fibers, primarily sourced from plastic waste such as discarded soda bottles. They are GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified.
This means the panels not only achieve circular resource utilization but also emit no formaldehyde, heavy metals, or other harmful substances during production.
Our products follow the “cradle-to-cradle” environmental philosophy, making them truly eco-friendly acoustic materials.

Can they be installed on drywall/glass walls?
Yes, they adapt to multiple wall surfaces.
For adhesive installation, use special structural glue to firmly bond to drywall, tiles, metal, etc.
For suspended mounting, expansion screws can be used, suitable for almost all base walls, including fireproof rock wool walls.

What if the acoustic performance is poor after installation—can I return or exchange them?
If poor acoustic performance is caused by product quality issues (e.g., density not meeting standards), we will unconditionally accept returns or exchanges.
