Do not wait for the glue to dry completely before scratching it off, otherwise it will damage the texture and color of the board surface.

The safest method is to "install first, then drill the holes." First, use a utility knife or jigsaw to roughly drill holes in the panel that are about 5mm smaller than the actual equipment.
